The agency is the data controller; realestate-price acts as processor for the hosting and routing of the leads.

Location

Processing and storage within the European Union. Application-level encryption of the lead payload at storage.

Security & duration

Time-stamped consent, purge on request, logs without personal data. A full DPA is provided upon signing the contract.
